About: "I enjoy off-roading and four-wheeling to remote locations away from the city folk and meeting cool people in the off-road community," Blair explained about the appeal of overlanding. Finding those people is easier done than said, thanks to a TeraFlex suspension and steering setup, which includes Alpine IR arms, Outback springs, Falcon 3.3 shocks, and RPM Steering aluminum tie-rod and draglink. The Jeep also runs 4.88 gears and Fuel Off-Road beadlocks matched to 37-inch Falken Wildpeak M/Ts. A few off-the-grid necessities are KC Lights, Warn Zeon 10-S winch, kinetic rope and soft shackles, and Maxtrax MKII recovery boards. Blair also makes use of a Tuff Stuff Alpha rooftop tent (with annex room), Gobi Stealth roof rack, shower enclosure, rear awning, Dometic CFX3 45 fridge, Jackery 1,000-watt power station with two 100-watt solar panels, and Outback Adventure Trailgator tailgate table. Communication happens via a Midland GMRS radio and Garmin inReach Mini.

The 2022 Four Wheeler Overland Adventure Presented by Jeep takes place in Southern California and begins October 10. The four-day event will include highway and backcountry driving by day, with camping at night. In addition to great off-roading, the event will include many historical highlights, including exploration of the area used as General George S. Patton Jr's WWII Desert Training Center. The expedition will feature 12 4x4s that are specifically modified for extended off-road travel and camping, with sleeping quarters either in or on the vehicle or in or on a trailer. All participants were chosen by the Four Wheeler staff from dozens of applicants. Overland Adventure began in 2019 and previously explored Arizona and Utah.
