Catgill Farm in Bolton Abbey has won awards for its glamorous camping experience - with a hot tub, fire place, and pizza oven

A staycation spot has gone viral on TikTok for its glamping pods.

Catgill Farm, based in Bolton Abbey, Skipton, North Yorkshire has won awards and becoming popular across social media platforms for its facilities. With experiences for both families, groups, couples, and friends, the spot has received rave reviews.

The idea is for people to indulge in all the campsite's outdoor glory while also enjoying some luxury. Customers are able to stay in glamping-style wooden pods, or large tipi tents.

The campsite is located at Bolton Abbey, and has been vote one of the 'coolest' in the UK. Customers can visit the landmark church the Bolton Priory and enjoy the estate where there are miles of all-weather walking routes.

The award-winning glamping spot has now gone viral - raking in over 4.8million views on TikTok and over 600,000 followers. The venue also has 16,700 followers on Instagram.

One viral video shared in July showed a customer enjoying the outdoor private hot tub besides a roaring fire. The inside of the pod was also shown with its full kitchen, double bed, sofa, dining area, bathroom, and funky accessories.

Ashley Jane said: "Stayed there three times already it's absolutely beautiful." @rbobrink added: "I wish that was my home!"

Meggie said: "Love this place. Me and my fiancé got engaged there a few months ago it's so beautiful." ViagensnaBag added: "This looks amazing."

And while it has been hugely raved about one TikToker said: "Almost £200 a night though RIP." For the timber pods, prices range between £195 to £245 for two adults - depending if you go mid week or on a Bank Holiday or during the school holidays.

Bell tents are prices between £165 to £220 for two adults. Children aged between 3-15 can also be added for an extra £10, or an extra adult for £20. But for those who just want to camp it is between £12- £14 per adult, and £6 for children.

Organisers of the campsite said: "If you love camping but miss the comforts of a hotel room, our whimsical bell tents are the ultimate in under canvas luxury. Spend heavenly evenings around the fire pit or cuddled next to the wood burning stove, with just stars as company."

Organisers warn the campsite books up quickly but there is still availability for September.
