About: "I love off-roading, camping, and being out in nature. I work in a high-stress job, and it gives me that much needed breath of fresh air." Phil's form of transport is this F-350 SuperCab shortbed with a 7.3-liter Power Stroke (yeah, you read that correctly) monitored by an Edge Insight CTS3 unit. The truck's add-ons include an ICON suspension and heavy-duty trackbar, Buckstop Baja front bumper with a 12,000-pound-capacity winch and rear dual swing-out bumper with the spare, plus AMP Research steps. The 35-inch tires hug 17-inch Black Rhino wheels. PIAA lights are controlled by a Trigger 6 Shooter wireless switch pod. The Coopers also travel with water jugs, a battery-operated shower, propane tank for the barbeque and ARB rooftop tent heater, and Decked bed toolbox with dual ARB air compressors for the ARB Air Lockers. There's also a Yakima OverHaul HD bed rack, RotopaX fuel packs, Hi-Lift jack and other tools, backup cameras, Kenwood sound, and more.

The 2022 Four Wheeler Overland Adventure Presented by Jeep takes place in Southern California and begins October 10. The four-day event will include highway and backcountry driving by day, with camping at night. In addition to great off-roading, the event will include many historical highlights, including exploration of the area used as General George S. Patton Jr's WWII Desert Training Center. The expedition will feature 12 4x4s that are specifically modified for extended off-road travel and camping, with sleeping quarters either in or on the vehicle or in or on a trailer. All participants were chosen by the Four Wheeler staff from dozens of applicants. Overland Adventure began in 2019 and previously explored Arizona and Utah.
