Raw material and biomass pellets
Sawdust ,wood logs, wood chips, waste wood, bark, straw ,wheat straw ,rice husk, cotton stalk,coconut slag, sunflower stalk, olive slag, grassy, bamboo,, paper, cassava, EFB, peanut shell ,corn cob, soybean stalk, weed, wood branches, leaves and so on.

3.Feeder,conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life;
4.It is with magnet and over load protection system which can protect machine well during production;
5.It makes gear directly-connecting as the driver and is with quick-release die fixed by clamps,which can increase the output by 15% more than the same type machine with belt-convey;
6.The bearings and oil seals in the main drivers are imported from Japan to ensure highly-efficient,stability and credibility.

1.Grinding process
The pulverized raw material is wood chips and the hammer mill is used to pulverize the wood chips into sawdust with the auxiliary equipment such as fan, cyclone as well as pulse dust collector .The output is 6-8 TPH .The wind net dust removal system can effectively control the workshop dust pollution.
2.Storage process
The customer stores the municipal sludge mixed with wood chips in the buffer tank which can effectively reduce pollution and improve the automation of the production line.
3.Granulation process
The customer's raw material is a mixture of municipal sludge and wood chips. At present, there are 3 granulators production line, 3 granulators are reserved.The total output is 12tph and the output of single pellet mill is 2tph.The output is high. The granulation workshop is designed as the clean room. All conveying equipment and its import and export are closed structures, which effectively reduce the dust pollution in the workshop.

4.Cooling and screening process
The granulator discharge temperature is about 80-90 ° C, and the cooler can effectively reduce the particle temperature to 5 ° C not higher than room temperature. The vibrating screen can effectively clean the powder and scrap in the finished granules so that the finished granules are more beautiful.
