The car giants are pushing their 4x4 with some teaser videos comparing their favorite pickup truck to others on the market.

Ford has released a few videos recently on their YouTube Channel showcasing the differences between the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport against the competition, such as the 2022 Jeep Compass and the new Chevrolet Trailblazer.

The latest in the group of video commercials is the Subaru Crosstrek which, true, is more of a tall wagon than an SUV like the Ford Bronco, but definitely a fair contender as it is a lifestyle vehicle above all else.

The Bronco Sport SUV we're told at the beginning of the video has seven different terrain modes. The G.O.A.T system is an abbreviation for Go Over Any Terrain but also bears an incredible coincidence to G.O.A.T which is synonymous in the music and fighting entertainment industries with Greatest Of All Time.

What is impressive about this system is it can go over mud, sand, dirt or any sort of terrain or any mix of them. For anyone with a nature enthusiast outdoor lifestyle, this may be very important information, as even pulling into a campground can be an experience of different weather and road surface conditions.

When comparing the Crosstrek, our narrator tells us that the Ford Bronco Sport boasts an available 249 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque, which is more than you get from a Crosstrek. When comparing this, the Subaru only has an available 182 horsepower engine. This not only means you can get to your destination faster, but also that if you are on different terrains that may be a little more difficult, you have more power to overcome the obstacles ahead.

The size comparison can make a difference to the nature life stylist as well. When you need to carry all your gear for the weekend, the obvious choice would be the Bronco, with an available 65 cubic feet of cargo space. Our host tells us again that this is more than the Crosstrek. As we did with the horsepower, we need to verify these claims and unsurprisingly the Crosstrek has less at just a tad over 55 cubic feet. Our narrator tells us that the details make all the difference, while the video shows our nature enthusiasts opening a bottle on the hatch door lock with a built-in bottle opener and opening their rooftop tent with a ladder.

So, if you're in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek, why not just make an extra visit to a Ford dealership. It may be worth it.
